So far the mediation is open to all warring factions and political parties willing to end trouble in the Republic of Somalia.

African Union Mission for Somalia "AMISOM" is a humanitirian mission spearheaded by the Africa Union, which the economical and political organization for Africa in general.
The Government of the Democratic Republic of Somalia opens and extends open and wholeheartedly diplomacy so that it can achieve its mandate, which is to return law and order in the Democratic Republic of Somalia.
The Government of the Democratic Republic of Somalia is urgently requesting to the international organization for emergency medical and food supplies to the IDPs and other drought stricken regions in Somalia.

As the Director of Somali Office of the Governmental Communications and Contracts, My Staff and I have been working voluntary since 2000 up this present date.
The Government of the Democratic Republic of Somalia is fully online and we made significant changes and development to provide daily Governmental News in Somali, English, French, Arabic etc.
The Somali Office of the Governmental Communications and Contracts has been and is currently apply for $ 1 Million budget to run Governmental News and Propaganda because most of Somali local media are either owned or operated people who have special links with the headline Somalia Islamists.
We know that the United States Of America has been helping Somalia, Somalis and can help us to make sure that the Somali People reads, listens to and follows any Somali Governmental News Online and Offline.
As the Director of Somali Office of the Governmental Communications and Contracts, we can no longer run or operate without allotted or funded Media projects that can easily make the general population to work with their government.
All Somali Journalists are at in great risk, some fled from the country while others have been detained by the Al-Shabab Groups, which the United States Government enlisted as terrorist organization linked with the Al-Qadea Organization.
If the United States of American gives $ 1 million to the Office of the Somali Governmental Communications and Contracts then the Somali Government will implement vital communications and limits any communicative activates among the Islamic Terrorist groups through propaganda media and double standard tactics so that they may be demoralized.

Mohamed Abdullahi Omaar, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Somali Republic, addresses a Security Council meeting on the situation in Somalia. The UN Security Council must provide technical and financial urgently to the Government of Somalia so that it can re-establize law and order in the Democratic Republic of Somalia. There are many UN resolutions on Somalia that ended inacurately and lapsed security in the Horn of Africa. As Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, I recieved manyb financial promises that is based on condition of third parties interests, and in regard to this we can not solve 19 year old conflict with simple decision and conferences held outside the fighting zone of Somalia.
